Daryl graduated from Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ School of Medicine in 2015. He was awarded an NIHR Academic Clinical Fellowship in Respiratory Medicine in 2017, and is currently an StR in Respiratory Medicine in North Central and East London.
In 2023, he was awarded a Clinical Research Training Fellowship from the International Alliance for Cancer Early Detection (ACED). He is currently a doctoral candidate at the UCL Department of Respiratory Medicine, supervised by Professor Joe Jacob, Professor Sam Janes, and Dr David Moore. His fellowship aims to investigate imaging approaches for improving risk prediction and disease progression modelling in lung cancer screening.
